Can You Collect a Daraz Order Instead of Home Delivery?
Some shoppers would rather collect a parcel than wait at home, for example if they work long hours or live in a building where couriers cannot easily get in. We could not confirm the collection options Daraz offers, so check the delivery options when you check out.
Couriers often offer these kinds of collection points. Check whether Daraz offers any of them for your order:
1. Staffed Counters
Staffed collection counters, where staff check your details and hand over the parcel.
2. Partner Shops
Partner shops in your area that hold parcels for collection.
3. Lockers
Self-service lockers that open with a code.
What Tracking May Show for a Collection Order
If your order is going to a collection point, tracking may look a little different from home delivery:
- On the way: The parcel has left the sorting centre and is on its way to the collection point.
- Arrived / Ready for Collection: The parcel has reached the collection point and is waiting for you. Collect it within the time Daraz gives you.
- Collected: You, or someone you sent, collected the parcel and paid any COD amount.
- Not collected in time: If the parcel is not collected in time, it may be sent back to the seller.
What to Bring When You Collect
Follow the collection instructions Daraz sends you. You will usually need some of these:
1. Collection Code or Tracking Number
Bring any collection code Daraz sends you by SMS or in the app, and your tracking number.
2. ID
Staff may ask to see your original CNIC or your Daraz app, to check your name matches the order.
3. Cash for COD Orders
If you chose cash on delivery, bring the exact amount, as a collection point may not accept cards.
Can Someone Else Collect My Order?
We could not confirm Daraz’s rules. Check the collection instructions, or ask Daraz customer support on 021-111-132729, before sending someone else. They will usually need the tracking number, any collection code and possibly a copy of your CNIC.
