Your order’s estimated delivery date is shown in your order details in the Daraz app. The seller’s packing time, the distance between cities and big sales can all change how long it takes.
How Many Days Does Daraz Take to Deliver?
Daraz delivery time depends on several steps, not one fixed timetable. Pakistan is a big country, from the coast in the south to the mountain valleys in the north, so delivery times differ by route.
Daraz shows an estimated delivery date for each order on the product page and at checkout. Use this date as your main guide.
The 4 Steps That Decide Delivery Time
Seller Packaging & Handover
Sellers must check, pack and label your order before handing it to the courier. Items sent from Daraz’s own warehouses usually leave sooner than items sent by sellers in faraway places.
Central Hub Consolidation
After the courier collects the parcel, it goes to a sorting hub in the seller’s city, where it is grouped with other parcels going to the same city.
By road between cities
Parcels going to another province travel by road between hubs. This is usually the longest part of the trip.
Doorstep Handover
The branch in your city sorts parcels by area and gives them to riders for delivery to your door.
Big Cities vs Small Towns
Major Metropolitan Hubs
Parcels within or between big cities (such as Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Islamabad) usually arrive sooner, because more couriers and riders work there.
Smaller cities and villages
Parcels going to small towns, villages or faraway areas in Balochistan, northern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Kashmir or Gilgit-Baltistan usually take extra days, because they pass through more local branches.
What Can Make a Daraz Order Late
- Mega Shopping Promotions: Big sales such as 11.11, 12.12 and Ramzan or Eid sales bring huge numbers of parcels, which slows couriers down.
- Weather & Highway Conditions: Winter fog on Punjab motorways, monsoon rain in Sindh or landslides in the north can slow road transport for a while.
- Unreachable Consignee Contact Numbers: If the rider cannot reach you by phone to check your address, the delivery is put off to a later try.

Always check the estimated delivery date in the Daraz app under My Account > My Orders. If your order is more than a couple of days past that date, contact Daraz customer support on 021-111-132729 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and ask them to check the delay.
