Daraz Tracking Number vs Order Number — What to Know
Quick Answer
Daraz gives you an order number when you place your order. It is used for customer service and billing. The tracking number (or tracking code) comes from the courier, such as Daraz Express or TCS, once your parcel is sent. Courier trackers cannot find your parcel with an order number. You need the tracking number shown under “Track Package” in your order details.
Order Number vs Tracking Number: The Key Difference
To follow your parcel, you need your Daraz tracking number. When the seller hands your parcel to the courier, it gets a Daraz Express tracking number (for DEX deliveries) or a tracking number from a partner courier.
Many shoppers mix up the order number with the tracking number. To find the right one, open your order details in your Daraz account. With the tracking number, you can follow your parcel on an independent tracker without logging in.
Daraz Order Number
- Made as soon as you pay or confirm a COD order.
- Used by Daraz customer support to find your order and payment.
- Covers your whole order, which may include parcels from several sellers.
- Cannot be searched on courier trackers.
Parcel Tracking Code (CN)
- Made only after the seller packs your parcel and books it with the courier.
- Printed on the barcode label on your parcel.
- Scanned at each sorting centre and local branch along the way.
- Can be tracked online without logging in.
What Does a Daraz Tracking Number Look Like?
It depends on which courier is delivering your parcel:
- Daraz Express (DEX): Daraz does not publish an official format for DEX tracking numbers. In practice, they often start with “PK-DEX” followed by digits (for example, PK-DEX014323794), but other forms also exist.
- Partner Courier Consignments: If a partner courier such as TCS or LCS (Leopards) has your parcel, the tracking number follows that courier’s own format.
Tip: always check the courier name shown next to the tracking number in your Daraz order details.
How to Find Your Daraz Tracking Number, Step by Step
Follow these steps in the Daraz app or on daraz.pk:
- Log in to your Daraz account and open My Orders from your account dashboard.
- Tap the order you want to check. If you bought from three different sellers, your order may come in three parcels, each with its own tracking number.
- Click on Track Package.
- On the tracking screen, find the line that says Tracking Number (also called the parcel tracking code).
- Tap the copy icon to copy the tracking number.
Where Can You Track Your Daraz Parcel?
Once you have the tracking number, you can track it on:
Official Daraz Public Tracker
Daraz has a public tracking page at daraz.pk/track-orders-online/ where you can paste your tracking number without logging in.
DarazTracking.pk Universal Tool
Paste your tracking number into the box above to see the scans as simple steps.
