Can You Track a Daraz Parcel With Only the Order Number?

Many shoppers ask whether they can paste their Daraz order number into a courier tracker. They cannot. The order number is Daraz’s ID for your purchase, not a courier tracking number.

To get the tracking number, log in to your account and open the order details page in “My Orders”. Courier trackers only work with the tracking number (also called the tracking code or CN number).

What Daraz says about the two numbers:

• A Daraz Order Number is the ID Daraz gives your purchase when you place the order.
• A Parcel Tracking Code is given later by the courier, such as Daraz Express or TCS, once the parcel is shipped.

Why Order Numbers Are Not Used on Public Trackers

If anyone could look up an order number, someone who guessed or saw your order number might see your purchase details.

How to Get the Tracking Number From Your Order

It only takes a minute to find the tracking number for your order:

1. Log in to the Daraz app or go to daraz.pk in your browser.
2. Go to Account > My Orders.
3. Go to My Orders and tap the order you want to track.
4. Click on Track Package to open its details.
5. Locate the Tracking Code (it may be called the tracking number or tracking code), next to the courier’s name.
6. Copy the number and paste it into our tracker above.

Tracking Without Logging In: Daraz’s Public Tracker

If you want to track a parcel for a friend or relative and do not have their login, you can still track it if you have the tracking number.

Daraz has a public tracking page at daraz.pk/track-orders-online/. You do not need to log in. The page says:

“Just Copy and Paste your parcel's tracking code in the search box and start tracking your package. You can easily find your parcel tracking code in your order details page.”

Even Daraz’s own public tracker asks for the parcel’s tracking code, not the order number.
