Daraz Cancelled Order Tracking — Reasons, Status & Refunds

Published: 2026-09-20• Last reviewed: 2026-09-20

Quick Answer

When a Daraz order is marked 'Cancelled', it will not be delivered. Orders can be cancelled for reasons such as the item being out of stock or a buyer cancelling before it ships. Check your order in the Daraz app for the reason and any refund details.

Why Was My Daraz Order Cancelled?

It is frustrating to find that your Daraz order has been cancelled, especially if you were waiting for it. A Daraz order involves the seller, Daraz and a courier, so a problem at any step can lead to a cancellation.

Daraz shows the reason in your order details. These are common reasons orders are cancelled. We could not confirm Daraz’s exact rules:

Trigger 1

Item Out of Stock

A seller may sell the same item in other places. If it sells out before Daraz is updated, the seller may not be able to send your order and may cancel it.

Trigger 2

Seller Did Not Send the Order in Time

Sellers have to hand over orders within a set time. We could not confirm the exact time limit. If the seller does not send the order in time, it may be cancelled.

Trigger 3

Delivery Not Possible to the Address

If the courier cannot deliver to your area at the moment, the order may be cancelled.

Trigger 4

You Cancelled Before It Was Sent

You may be able to cancel an order in your account before it has been sent. Check the options shown in your order details.

What Happens to the Tracking Number?

If a tracking number was created before the order was cancelled, the tracking page may look unusual:

  • Early stop: Tracking may stop at an early status, such as “Label Created” or “Shipment Cancelled”.
  • No travel history: If the parcel was never handed to the courier, there will be no travel history.
  • Different answers: The courier tracker may show no record, but your Daraz account will show that the order is cancelled.

Refunds After a Cancellation

What happens to your money depends on how you paid. Check your order details and your Daraz Wallet:

Payment Method Settlement Channels
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If you chose cash on delivery, you have not paid anything, so there is nothing to refund.
  • Daraz Wallet: If you paid from your Daraz Wallet, check that the money has been returned to your wallet.
  • Debit or credit card: Ask Daraz how and when card refunds are made. Bank statements can take some days to show a refund.
  • Mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash): Ask Daraz how refunds to mobile wallets are made for your order.

Check your Daraz Wallet and order details before you contact your bank, and call Daraz on 021-111-132729 if the refund is not clear.
